วิธีการสมัครและหลักเกณฑ์

  1. วิธีการส่งผลงานเข้าประกวด
    ผู้เข้าสมัครสามารถสมัครเข้าร่วมประกวดได้สองรูปแบบได้แก่
    • 1. สมัครผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์
      • ● เข้าเว็บไซต์ www.gitwjda.com/application กรอกข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วน และอัปโหลดรูปผลงานการออกแบบให้ครบถ้วน
      • ● ภาพผลงานจะต้องมีความละเอียด (Resolution) อย่างน้อย 300 DPI *ห้ามใส่ ชื่อ-นามสกุล และประวัติของผู้เข้าประกวดลงบนภาพผลงาน
      • ● เมื่อกรอกข้อมูลครบถ้วนแล้วให้กด ‘ส่งใบสมัคร’
      • ● ผู้เข้าสมัครจะได้รับอีเมลยืนยันการสมัครหากสมัครเสร็จสมบูรณ์
      • *หากไม่ได้รับอีเมลยืนยัน กรุณาสมัครอีกครั้ง หรือแจ้งแอดมินผ่านทางเพจเฟซบุ๊ค www.facebook.com/gitwjda
    • 2. ส่งใบสมัครทางไปรษณีย์แบบ EMS หรือส่งด้วยตนเอง
      • ● ดาวน์โหลดและปริ้นท์ใบสมัครจากเว็บไซต์ www.gitwjda.com/application (กดไปที่ปุ่มสีแดงด้านซ้ายมือ) โดยสามารถปริ้นท์เป็น ขาว-ดำ หรือ สี
      • ● กรอกข้อมูลในใบสมัครให้ครบถ้วนโดยเขียนด้วยตัวบรรจง
      • ● จัดส่งใบสมัครพร้อมผลงานมาทางไปรษณีย์ หรือมาส่งด้วยตนเองที่สถาบัน รายละเอียดที่อยู่ตามด้านล่าง
      • ● คุณฐิตินทรีย์ ลีลาวัฒนสุข (ฝ่ายฝึกอบรม) สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาอัญมณีและครื่องประดับแห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) 140 อาคารไอทีเอฟ-ทาวเวอร์ ชั้นที่ 3 ถนนสีลม แขวงสุริยวงศ์ เขตบางรัก กรุงเทพมหานคร 10500 (โดยระบุหน้ากล่อง/ซองว่า ส่งประกวด)
      • *กรณีส่งผลงานมาทางไปรษณีย์หรือมาส่งด้วยตนเอง ผลงานจะต้องส่งมาถึงที่สถาบันภายในวันที่ 12 พฤษภาคม 2566 ก่อนเวลา 16.00 น.
  2. หลักเกณฑ์ในการส่งผลงานเข้าประกวด
    • ● ออกแบบผลงานแบบวาดที่ตรงกับหัวข้อ จำนวนไม่ต่ำกว่า ๓ ชิ้นใน ๑ ชุดหรือคอลเลคชั่น โดยต้องมีสร้อยคอ ร่วมกับเครื่องประดับชนิดอื่นๆ เช่น ต่างหู แหวน กำไล เป็นต้น
    • ● ผู้เข้าประกวดสามารถส่งผลงานได้ทั้งภาพวาดลงสีสวยงาม ไม่จำกัดเทคนิค หรือภาพที่เขียนจากโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์
    • ● ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวดสามารถประกอบด้วยอัญมณีชนิดใดก็ได้ และ/หรืออาจนำวัสดุใหม่ๆ อาทิเช่น ไม้ พลาสติก เรซิ่น เทคนิคการเย็บปักถักร้อย หรือนวัตกรรมใดๆ เข้ามาประยุกต์ใช้ในผลงาน ซึ่งต้องสามารถผลิตได้จริงและสามารถจำหน่ายได้ในอุตสาหกรรมอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับ
    • ● ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวดทุกชิ้นต้องเป็นผลงานใหม่ ไม่ลอกเลียนแบบมาหรือละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น ไม่เคยผลิตไว้จำหน่าย และต้องไม่เคยผ่านการประกวด หรือชนะการประกวดใดๆมาก่อน
    • ● ผู้เข้าประกวดสามารถส่งผลงานได้ คนละไม่เกิน ๓ ชุดหรือคอลเลคชั่น
*การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

How to submit your design and Submission Requirements

  1. Submission Channels
    There are 2 ways to submit your design, details as follow:
    • 1. Online Submission
      • ● Visit our website www.gitwjda.com/application , insert all mandatory information and upload your design image
      • ● All images submitted must be at least 300 DPI resolution *
      • ● Click “Send Submission” after all information and images is being inserted
      • ● Applicants will receive a confirmation email from GITWJDA regarding their application
      • in the case that the applicant did not receive an confirmation email, the applicant must re-submit their application or contact our staff for help via our facebook fan page at www.facebook.com/gitwjda
    • 2. Self-submission or by Postal Service
      • ● Download and print the submission form via www.gitwjda.com/application www.gitwjda.com/application (red button on the left-hand side) printable in black & white or color
      • ● Attached the submission form with your design images
      • ● Submit your design in person or send your design via postal service to the institute, details below:
        Mrs. Thitintharee Leelawatanasuk (Training Center) The Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand (Public Organization) 140 ITF-Tower Building, 3rd Floor Silom Road, Suriyawong, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand (Please write “For Jewelry Design Contest” in front of the package)
      • *Please ensure that your package is packed properly and must arrive at the institute within 12 May 2024
  2. Submission Requirement (GIT’s World Jewelry Design Awards 2024)
    • ● The submitted design must be related to the theme and must contain a minimum of three jewelry pieces in one collection; a necklace is a mandatory piece which can be submitted with any other types of jewelry such as earring, ring, bracelet, etc.
    • ● There is no limitation to the technique or material used in designing the jewelry piece.
    • ● The applicant has the freedom to use any types of techniques and materials, such as wood, plastic, resin, etc. and any technique such as sewing, knitting, etc. to create their design as long as it can be produced and traded in the gem and jewelry industry.
    • ● Every design submitted must be an original piece, the design must not be commercially produced and have not been awarded in any competition. Plagiarism content and design will not be accepted and reviewed by the judges.
    • ● Applicants can submit up to three submissions / collections.
*The decision of the judging committee is considered final
