Submission Methods
Applicants may submit their entries via the following methods:
- Online Submission

Visit our website www.gitwjda.com/application , insert all mandatory information and upload your design image

Images must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.Do not include the applicant’s name, biography, or identifying information on the images.

Click “Submit Application” after completing all required fields.

Applicants will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission.

- Download and print the submission form via www.gitwjda.com/application www.gitwjda.com/application (red button on the left-hand side) printable in black & white or color
- Attached the submission form with your design images
- Submit your design in person or send your design via postal service to the institute, details below:

Design Submission Requirements

Each submission must consist of at least three (3) design pieces forming one cohesive collection, including a necklace and other jewelry pieces such as earrings, rings, or bracelets.

Designs may be hand-rendered or digitally created using any technique.

Designs may incorporate any type of gemstone and/or contemporary materials such as wood, plastic, resin, textile techniques, or innovative materials. Designs must be feasible for production and suitable for commercial development within the global gem and jewelry industry.

All submissions must be original works, must not infringe upon any copyright, and must not have been previously produced, submitted, or awarded in any competition.

Each participant may submit a maximum of three (3) collections.
